A POSP (Point of Sales Person) is an IRDAI-authorized individual who can sell a range of insurance products such as motor, health, and other retail policies. As a POSP with Altura, you act as a trusted advisor, helping customers choose the right insurance solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass (as per IRDAI guidelines)
- Valid Aadhaar & PAN
- Basic communication skills and willingness to learn
How to Become a POSP with Altura?

- Complete the mandatory IRDAI POSP training
- Pass the certification exam
- Get onboarded and start selling insurance products
